| We live in the Piedmont of Virginia, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where there's lots of wildlife--even around our home in town. We have a herd of deer in our woods, and chipmunks, squirrels, raccoons and birds abound. This tree is for them. The ornaments are all rustic and woodsy, from the red wooden bead garland and the pinecone garland to the carved-looking squirrel, raccoon, deer, and even Santa ornaments. Pinecone ornaments, small grapevine wreath ornaments, and lots of twiggy filler give it that woodland feeling. Santas abound, from the bottom all the way to the woodland Santa in the topper. The skirt is made of a pinecone and holly print fabric. |
