To cease smoking is the easiest thing I ever did.
I ought to know because I've done it a thousand times.

There is no magic cure that can help you stop smoking. To find out if you have what it takes to stop, you need to ask yourself if (1) you want to stop, (2) you are willing to make some changes in your daily routine, and (3) if you are willing to put up with some uneasy moments after stopping. The goal of this page is to help make it easier for you to stop by teaching you about smoking, helping you plan how to stop, and letting you know what to expect after you stop.
